History

Following the Siren’s call.

Though the Lodestone says we were formed in 2023, our FC was originally called Homestead, and we formed on 11/23/2021 on the Crystal data center.

During the content drought between Endwalker and Dawntrail, the majority of our remaining active founding members found ourselves traveling to Aether so much for content that we finally decided to follow Siren’s call.

We picked Siren because, at the time, it was the most quiet server on Aether.

Our Goals

Our goals are simple

• Allow everyone to activate FC buffs.
• Maintain an active social player base.
• Stay small enough for everyone to know everyone.
  • Reject the formation of cliques.
• Feed the gil the FC earns back into the FC, not to leadership.
• Give sprouts a place to grow and the support to escape ARR.
• Give new raiders a place to learn harder content in a low stress environment.
• Encourage players to try content they may not have tried otherwise.

We’ll leave the light on

Once you’ve been invited to Eternal Hearth, you’re welcome to stay as long as you’d like. If you do decide to leave the FC, you’re welcome to stay in the Discord/Fluxer servers and use our Forums.

We’ll leave the light on if you ever want to come back. And trust us, you’ll want to come back. When we said eternal, we meant it. Not a cult I swear.

We don’t kick inactive members, so if life gets in the way and you need to take a break, you can rest assured that you’ll still have a place here when you come back, and your chocobo will be well fed.

Alts

Bring your alts

We accept alts. The member cap for FCs is stupid high; there’s no way you could have that many unique members and actually have people know each other.

We’ll never kick your main, but if you have two characters in the FC we may kick your alt for inactivity.
